PS - not sure if this is possible, but we are open to taking a slot that is only available 3 or 4 days a week (if this exists).

If you are interested in a home day care I know of one with openings in Mclean

Not the OP here but I'd be interested to learn more about the McLean home daycare....I need a place that offers PT care (a few days each week) and would be well-suited for a toddler. Please feel free to email me at ask_2910@yahoo.com. Thanks in advance!

I use a family (in-home) daycare through Infant Toddler. Our provider doesn't have any spots right now, but there are quite a few who do. There are a limited number of Infant Toddler daycares in Arlington, but there are a lot in Falls Church. You go to an information meeting, and then they set you up with a list of providers you can interview (and you can see how old the other kids in the daycare are, where they are, details about the provider, etc).

Plus you can choose your hours if 3-4 days is what you want. (I do half days.) Of course, part-time care is more expensive than full-time care when you break it down per hour, but it's still pretty reasonable.

I am also looking for in-home infant daycare in the Falls Church area. Can the kind person who mentioned the information about the Infant Toddler program provide more information about who to contact to find out more information about the program and when the next informational meeting will be held? Thanks so much.
