Are stores closed today?

I've tried calling a few places today to find out their hours (best buy and a few others) and none of them are picking up the phone. Just typical saturday busy-ness or are these places closed?

I was out and about earlier and it looked like stores were open (lights on, cars in the lots, etc.) in the Tysons area.

The stores are open but may close early.

I was just out and stores were open but some were cash only as their credit card machines were not working.

We were just at Tysons and everything was open. Kids' play area was packed! I wonder if they will close early.

Montgomery mall was pretty busy as well! No problems with their credit card machines either.....
