Best pool in Williamsburg - that's not at Great Wolf?

I want to check out Williamsburg with a 2 and 4 year old, and they really enjoyed a resort in California with a fancy spray jet baby pool that only went to 3.5 feet, and kid's club (yay!)
Great Wolf looks fun but is maybe a little more than I want to deal with, I am wondering if there is another place in the Williamsburg or Yorktown area that has a really nice kid's pool - or kid's club setup?
And what water attractions in the area are most appropriate and fun for little kids?
