I need a good massage

My neck and shoulders are so tight that I can barely turn my head and the woman that I usually go to for massages is out of town. I'm not looking for a fancy spa experience -- just someone who can give a really good massage. I live in McLean but I'm willing to cross bridges. Any suggestions?

I have good luck with Rose at Sugarhouse Day Spa in Old Town. Others there also are good, if she's not available.

PP - Oh - I forgot - also Ana at Modern Day Spa in Pentagon City. The advantage there is that you can get an appt pretty last minute - like even for tomorrow afternoon, if you call now.

Donielle at Serenity Day Spa in Tenley Town. THE BEST. Although they just hired a new manager who is, how shall I say, rather unpleasant. Not a smart move in this economy. So I can heartily recommend Donielle, but can't recommend the spa anymore. Sad.

Teal Center in Arlington offers decent massages, depending on the massage therapist.
