Really hard to imagine Mlsn doesn’t follow suit. All the BY truthers trying to act all I need to see in in black and white will have to eat some crow…

I'm going to assume everything in the US will follow, from MLSNext to futsal and to USYNT ID. It doesn't make sense not to.

p2p MLS1 will go to SY. Only MLS Academy stay in BY next year. The news should drop soon.

Our local MLS Academy teams (U15, U16) are playing 1 year up this season, but the MLS Next Homegrown P2P teams are beating them badly.

I think MLS academies won’t be able to play easily 1 year up, so they would move also to SY, like the rest of the clubs and teams.

Play up is hard. Our top ECNL team just had a scrimmage between 2 age groups. The older scores 4 goals in 30 minutes. I guess the coach is busy to get Q3/Q4 players now.

USYNT will stay BY without a doubt. That’s how it was prior to 2017 when all of US soccer was 8/1. All international competitions are BY.

They won’t base this off of wins and losses. They will do whatever helps develop players so they can make money off of them. That may be playing up, that may be playing on age. It won’t be based on how many games they win.

MLS Academy plays up and loses to p2p MLS1 is not a good business selling point. P2p MLS will go to SY next year, so the play-up part is more manageable.

If Mlsn1 go SY, the BY MLS academies will only need to play 5 months up.
