DCUM Designated/Planted Flamers

Ok, maybe I'm naive but why do I think that there are only about 3 resident flamers on DCUM who are intentionally planted or perhaps even paid to introduce "snarkiness" to every thread?. I dub them thread trolls. Their job is to start shit on every post just to make things interesting. Because Lord knows that if people are not fighting in posts, there won't be any traffic. And ultimately DCUM will be a very boring mommy website.

They don't have to work too hard really. A simple "you're pathetic for posting this" is all that's needed to get the flame war started. I wonder how much Jeff's paying them. Sounds like a lucrative gig.

I think they a just bitter and mean, I I don't think it makes things more interesting at all. Matter of fact, as soon as things turn nasty I skip the rest of the thread

Some people do post stupid crap just to get people going. Jeff doesn't have to pay them, they just enjoy getting people all wound up. Usually I just ignore.
