This is why "the markets" are not "the economy" no matter how much the right bleats on about it. Ironic that "the markets" do well under democratic presidents who also foster significant job growth while the GOP gets market growth while destroying GDP.

Trump has delivered a failed economy that is only going to deteriorate. This impacts everybody. This level of incompetence is stunning, even for him.

I hate to break this to you, but we do care. That's why we hated the OBBBA so much. I made it and I would like others to do the same. I don't want to pull the ladder up even if it means higher taxes for me.

Nobody is hiring because businesses cannot plan because the chaotic economic environment. Businesses plan a year out; we don’t know what’s happening next week or next month with Trump. Trump is the most anti-business president ever.
