He's a total idiot for going in there. But based on where it is, I'm guessing this thing is a bar where the waitresses wear teddies. It can't be a strip club because those are all over on the Illinois side.
As for what he was doing 20 years ago, there is exactly ONE reason a Missiouri politician is in Sauget Illinois. One. Lap dances. |
