Meeting with DCPS PS3 teacher next week - what should I ask?

Our DC is starting school for the first time next week! We have a meeting scheduled with the PS3 teacher, but I am notorious for leaving these sorts of meetings having forgotten the "important" questions. What should I expect? What should I ask?

Figure out class room flow
How best to communicate with the teacher i.e. is s/he an email or phone or note person.
How to reinforce class room discipline i.e. what their system is stoplight or whatever
How you can volunteer/contribute

How can I help my child, the class and you to have a great, successful year? Also, share any really important info. about your child that the teacher needs to know to hit the ground running. And let it be known that you are there to partner with him/her to support your child. Open the door to proactive communication sans aggression/defensiveness (you'd be surprised...).

There's also, what's your favorite coffee drink. When I was a teacher in DCPS, there was a mother who brought our favorite latte etc. a couple of times a year to the grueling parent conference day. The memory of her still makes me smile .
