FCPS Elementary - Back-to-School Night

New to FCPS and plan to attend the Open House before school starts on 9/6. There is an evening Back-to-School night for parents the next week. Any idea what goes on at Back-to-School night? How is it different than the Open House?

Back-to-School night is for the parents while Open House is for the students.

Open House is where all the students sit down at their desk/table, see who will be in their class, learn about the classroom, etc.

Back-to-School night is for parents (as in kids do NOT go to the school but stay home) to meet the teacher and listen to a presentation about the curriculum and approach for the school year.
