Name your favorite dessert recipe using herbs

I have used lavendar and rosemary to make cookies and creme brulee, and basil to make sauce for fruit and ice cream. Any other ideas?

Rose geranium ice cream. Not to everybody's liking, I confess, but I enjoyed it!

Bittman's strawberry basil ice pops. If you Google the recipe you'll find other ice pops listed in the article too, but strawberry basil is especially delicious.
