Donnie Dumptruck says Mar-A-Lago's been searched by the FBI

Whatever normally happens if the FBI, in the course of executing a raid, picks up your attorney client privilege (ACP) docs. I imagine they return them and don't act on anything mentioned in there. Or at least don't use it in the trial. I doubt this specific thing has never happened before.

And I doubt our nuke papers are relevant to Trump's ACP and vice versa.

Regardless I am still grateful he is defending what needed to be done from a national security standpoint.

Surprising. This is obviously a great opportunity for him, but he’s got to be able to blame trump going down on the democrats so he can take trumps base.

I feel the GOP are creating ads for Nov with their crazy behavior.

Should we create a list of Republicans that are running for reelection in November? See what their stance is for these current events.

I feel like they’re trying to create conditions for violence.

They don't need to try. Truth Social is now an army of extremists who are armed to the teeth and ready to fight. Just like that one guy in Ohio. The anger let loose by Trump during the run-up to Jan 6 has been simmering and he only needs to prod it with a stick and set it on a target. The Republican politicians, along with the Fox echo chamber, aren't helping, but they're not the primary movers anymore. Truth Social has become its own monster.

Yes, we are heading for violence. If you work in or near an FBI or DOJ building, or offices related to any part of this investigation, please be cautious. Pay attention to news report of chatter on Truth Social about events and rallies, and try to avoid the areas at those dates.

I feel like I understand more about the conditions that led neighbor to turn on neighbor in Rwanda. It seemed very foreign when I read about it, but we're doing a lot of what they did with our media, ramping up the expectation of violence, and demonizing the other side. To be clear, the violence would be Trump supporters on "libs".

Speaking of neighbors turning on each other. Rand Paul has weighed in on this matter.

I went to the Tweet and saw an embedded John McCain video. Just reminded me that it would have been really useful having him in the mix with respect to J6 and the recent Trump espionage.

She?
You think it’s Christina Bobb?

What it means?

The taint team, which will include attorneys not part of the prosecution team, presumably will allow Trump attorneys to review the documents and, if appropriate, assert a claim of privilege in order to prevent the document from being forwarded to the prosecution team. The parties may need to request a judge to make a final determination about the validity of a privilege claim in light of a potential waiver and/or the crime-fraud exception. The review process may have been outlined in the affidavit of probable cause.

They say they asked for that judge, but their request was denied. Trump’s legal team has a history of lying, so I’m not sure how much of this is believable. Thanks for answering.

There are designated teams to filter these things. Common practice.

The republicans who reflexively condemned the FBI last week are looking really bad right now.

Old Rand Paul on the side of the Nazis and Japan. No wonder he is in full support of Russia. What state would be proud to have someone like that representing them?

New GOP slogan for 2024?

Looks like Putin cultivating Trump as an asset might still be paying off for Russia.

Of course it has happened before and that day the person is fired or put in jail
This is illegal fact.

Who the hell stands with the guy who is literally selling secrets to our enemies?
