Chiropractic or Acupuncture, or BOTH?

I read that increasing/stimulating the blood flow into/around your ovary helps improve the egg quality.
And, Chiropractic or Acupuncture are recommended to achieve this blood flow stimulation.

Now, I searched this forum and tons of comments are targeted toward Accupuncture.
But, I did not find anyone used Chiropractic treatment to conceive.
Has any one of you guys had Chiropractic treatment done in view of IF?

I'd love to try both, but do not know whether getting both treatments is a good thing.
Any thoughts?

I read on a chiropractor's website (I believe Dr. Perrone in Reston) that chiropractic adjustments can help with fertility. So I think doing both acupuncture and chiropractic adjustments can be beneficial.

Thanks for the comments. I am looking into both chiropractic specialist and acupuncture clinic now.
