| There's an AWESOME kickboxing class in Gaithersburg at Studio X, Tuesday and Thursday nights, sometimes on Saturday mornings. The instructor is HIGH energy and the music makes you want to move. You're not punching anything (mats, gloves etc) but you do get an intense workout. You don't have to sign up for a membership either...just pay $5 per class. |
