king's dominion for dora/diego/backyardigans?

I have a 4 year old. I want to take her to King's Dominion to see all her favorite Nickolodeon characters.... Are they around a lot? is it worth it? Are there enough shows and little kiddie rides to keep a 4 year old happy? What about water rides?

It's been a few years since I've been to KD and I never went as a parent so I don't remember any of the kiddie stuff. So any insight is appreciated!
