It's sad when people decide to destroy the hard work of individuals.

In Katrina it was the poor who were left behing in a dead city that did the looting.
In England is the the suburbia kids, some from well off families, that have come and joined the party to loot.
Not just the poor and displaced neighbours

in both situations a majority of those looting are of african descent. For whatever reason western society does not welcome blacks into their society to assimilate, and that feeling of being an outsider or second-class citizen is not a way to tie societies together.

But in England the Whiteys have come and joined in the looting.
And yes, English culture is not open to foreigners. They have their segregated suburbia for different class/color people

The police in London really mismanaged the crisis and were to slow to respond

I cannot help but think that the English police would have responded with MUCH more force if the rioters had been Irish.
