Hand, Foot, Mouth exposure during pregnancy- help!

My 16 month old seems to have hand, foot, mouth disease. Yesterday he had a low grade fever and I thought he was coming down with something but now he has the rash on hands/feet. Thankfully not the mouth. Apparently there is some sort of outbreak at his daycare. I am 25 weeks pregnant and concerned about exposure. I plan to call the OB in the morning but does anyone know anything about this? I can't help but be worried about exposure to the baby. Urghh.. Please help.. any comforting words much appreciated.

I was 22 weeks when I actually had foot and mouth for the second time. Other than being a big goofball, there is nothing wrong with my now three year old. It was much scarier when I was exposed to meningitis while pregnant with him.
