Implantation twinges?

I am about 10dpo and last night i was having this weird feeling on my right side below my abdoman. they lasted off and on for a few hours. could this be implantation happening or could it be something as simple as gas pains. Thanks for your help.

Yes, it could be implantation and yes, it could just be gas pains. Not really any way to know till you've eventually had a positive test and you go back and say "hmmm so that *was* implantation."

And for what it's worth... I'm fairly certain I felt implantation and it felt very much twingy, in a tickly sort of way.
