| Can anyone recommend some good, easy low-carb snacks? I find that most of my snacks are super-carby and I'd like to reduce that. What fruits are low-carb? I have to avoid gluten and dairy, but other than that can eat just about anything. TIA! |
| Almonds. |

I can't promise these are all gluten free, but here are some ideas:
almonds cashews celery & peanut butter veggies & hummus ham or turkey wrapped around asparagus (good for leftover asparagus) Fruit has a lot of natural sugar, so none of it is really low-carb. But berries are one of the best options. And just about any thing you would put on a cracker or chip can be eaten with veggies instead. So smoked salmon on a slice of cucumber, veggies sticks and salsa, etc. |

Fruit is considered "good carbs."
Peanut butter on banana/apple slices. All fruit strawberry popsicles (whole foods brand.) Laughing cow cheese wedges (35 cals each.) Sugar snap peas (also, "good carbs.") |
