Tax fairness Little income, little to tax

I know that when it was passed around, many of my friends were shocked. I suppose that if it's not the way we live, who really thinks of statistics and root causes?

Huh. I stopped reading partway through b/c it was so obvious an boring. I guess it's like the existence of hunger in this country - I used to keep those sites bookmarked b/c I regularly had to correct my upper middle class (like me) friends and acquaintances who would casually say that no one goes hungry here.
