| We should have chosen VA over MD. |

^^ apologies that came out a lot longer and more confusing than I intended. Here's the link

Sorry to bust your bubbles but I had kids in private schools but I realized that it was a waste of money. Been there, done that, moved on.. |

Me too. I had two kids in the same grade - one in private and one in MCPS. No comparison. Pulled the private kid asap to join the MCPS kid. Paying for private schools in this area is like throwing money down the toilet. |
Yep, no private school is worth up $45000 over MCPS in this area. |
| Genuine, non-snarky question: if you moved your children from public to independent/private, why are you (anyone that this applies to) still posting on the public school side of this website? |
Thank you for proving you're even dumber than you seem. |
Sorry your kid was rejected. |
If they live in MOCO they pay taxes to public schools. I'd say that is a pecuniary interest. |
LOL |
Quit using such big words on the public school forum. |
Eh. It seems like it’s less about their financial investment in the county and more about gloating...but DCUM will be DCUM, I guess. |
My friends who live in Montgomery County who don't (and won't) have children have the identical pecuniary interest yet don't post on this forum. Odd, isn't it? |
