Kris isn't that dark. When she was younger, she looked like typical white woman. She uses a lot of makeup and seems to be going for a Mediterranean look. Given the direction that Bruce/Caitlyn Jenner's life has gone, let's just say that I'm not surprised that the children who bear his name don't look like him.
