It appears that Bruce/Caitlyn had facial plastic surgery to look like a woman. And Caitlyn does look like a woman.

He/she has not officially gone through gender reassignment surgery so are we to assume that he/she will not be doing that because Caitlyn considers herself asexual so maybe that's not important to her?

Is this more about looking and living like a woman even though some body parts are still male? I'm not sure that I understand completely...

I find it interesting that he did not get "bottom" surgery as part of the sex change, but got all the other surgeries that old women in hollywood undergo in search of eternal youth.

It's a hard decision for trans people. If you have surgery on your genitals, you lcan ose some sensitivity and sexual function.
