You're right, it's not that difficult. No one is saying that he should not have been removed or even arrested. The Capitol Police were doing their job. He was passively resisiting and in absolutely no way violent or threatening. There is no excuse for breaking the man's arm. Tim Sheehy needs to be prosecuted.

The Senator had no business being involved, it was for Capitol Police to handle. Sheehy needs to be charged with assault.

Good Samaritans can't be charged for god faith efforts to help police someone violently wrestling police.
