| It's actually surprisingly easy to tip or roll over an SUV in an accident. I've seen it happen in a parking lot when the cars were only going like 5 to 10 mph. But I also wouldn't be surprised if Tiger was altered on pain medication. |

| DUI investigators did roadside tests and placed under arrest. At Martin Co jail, he did a Breathalyzer (passed) but refused urine test so booked on DUI. |

| He was driving at a high rate of speed and overtook the pickup truck hitting it. 30mph speed limit, pics of how far he slid show he was clearly speeding. FL state law requires as least 8 hours of incarceration, then will be released on bond. |

Question - Will any followup testing occur?
Answer- No, he can refuse. But FL statute means he will be charged with DUI since he couldnt prove sobriety. Charge is a misdemeanor. No drugs or meds in car. He was no injured. But lethargic on scene due to intoxication. He was alone in the car. |
