That’s not what he’s referring to when he says there were “big disputes as to who won that state.” He’s talking about the general elections. Which he lost both times.

Turnout this week in Nevada:

Dem primary: 21%
GOP primary: 13%
GOP caucus: 11%

Some might point out that Biden (112,000) got almost twice as many votes as Trump (59,000) did. In equally noncompetitive primary contests.
