Majoring in Business

It doesn't even make sense to keep talking about STEM as a coherent set of majors. Biology grads make almost nothing in crappy jobs. Physics and chemistry are one step above but not great. Engineering makes actual money in real jobs, even slightly higher than business. The only reason we hear so much about STEM is that big business uses it as a lobbying effort to bring in tens of thousands of cheap Indian workers under the guise that they are doing "STEM"

I am an Engineering student but I am very much interested in Business also. I want to start my business In Texas.
For that, I have been doing a lot of research and collecting information.
I have read many books and journals. Now I have learned many things and want to execute the knowledge to gain experience. I read about business entity search, Demand, and supply.
Any advice or suggestion is welcomed and I would be thankful.
