Seriously, though, if you want to know why the US is going quickly into the shitter, it's because the supporters of one political party has decided it's better to burn the whole fucking country to the ground rather than risk the possibility that somewhere, some brown person is getting something they didn't deserve.

We can either have sane policies that strengthen our country, or we can take out our petty frustrations on people whose presence we resent. The right has chosen the latter. Given the traitorous debt-ceiling hostage crisis, it's pretty clear they'd just as soon turn the whole country to shit than let some immigrant have a drivers' license.

The problem is...too many takers , not enough makers. Have you seen the math in the budget? It's lights out. Two things more "scientific" than Global Warming.1) the math in the budget. 2) If evolution is true, gay people whould be weeded out of the population within 3 generations.

You oversimplify. A few suggestions:
1) Perhaps gays contribute to society, and to extended family, thereby helping their gene pool in les direct ways than having their own offspring.
2) Perhaps it is a recessive trait associated with some other characteristics that are more obviously inheritable. As the straight father of a gay son and a straight one, I am partial to this possibility.
3) Perhaps closeted gays and bisexuals have enough kids to make up for the rest.
