good salon for fine hair (north va)

Good salon, friendly to mousy brown, fine hair?looking for a modern take on the bob, something without the use of a razor, and with chunky layers is what I want. Anyone has a treasure?

All hope the place will have an amazing colorist... I see grey around my face and the l'oreal box failed to cover...

I have very thin, fine, straight hair. I go to Eclips in McLean. The lady I saw for years is no longer there, but she recommended I see Stanley because he is very good with this type of hair.

I have my first appointment with him tomorrow. Getting a chop to a bob.
