Rec for someone to design/install patio/pavers in North Bethesda?

Hi - we live in a townhouse with an overgrown and useless 'backyard.' The grass is gross, etc. We'd love to hire a contractor to turn it into more of a patio. Could anyone recommend someone who would do this for a reasonable price? We need help with both the design (as in, how to handle if, say, Home Depot only sells pavers in a certain size - put half-size ones around the edges? Where to put a flower bed? etc) and the installation.
We're in MoCo near Montgomery Mall.

We used Outdoor Carpentry & Design. They did the design, masonry, and carpentry on our patio and pavilion roof. We love it!
