| We've been trying out different sauces on ribs and I am looking for any recommendations. We prefer sauce on the spicy (not too sweet) side. Don't want to end up with a runny nose when we are eating, but definitely some spice. Sauce in a bottle or recipe recommendations welcome! |

I order sauce on-line from a BBQ place in Austin, Texas (used to live there - love their sauce). It's called Iron Works, and they have regular and spicy - which is pretty spicy. You can combine the two for perfect amount of spice.

We do a rub/sauce combo. Rubs come from Dizzy Pig - www.dizzypig.com Local guys. They just opened up a store front in VA.
Sauce comes from Big Bob Gibson's BBQ in Alabama. They just won one of the top3 BBQ competitions - Memphis in May. My step son is one of their chefs. They make some amazing sauce. They are famous for a white BBQ sauce for chicken. http://www.bigbobgibson.com/xcart/home.php?cat=251 We take our BBQ seriously

Ditto. Easy to find and oh, so delicious. |
| Rocklands is excellent. You can buy it at the restaurant on Wisconsin or also at Whole Foods. It is not very sweet. |
