Pls recommend all inclusive vacation Spanish speaking country

We are thinking of going to Cancun - we definitely want to go to a Spanish speaking country (does not have to be Cancun). We have two children (1 and4) and would like an all inclusive resort - not terribly expensive. Any recommendations, thoughts, insight would be greatly appreciated.

Do you actually want to practice speaking Spanish?

Cancun has weeklong homestay Spanish language classes you can do where you stay with a family and learn Spanish during the day.

If you are hoping to practice your Spanish staying in a tourist trap like Cancun in an all inclusive resort isn't the way to go.

Why do you care what language is spoken if you are going all-inclusive?
