Has anyone heard of the artist Duffy? I just got an album sampler and absolutely love her soulful music! Her latest album is called Rockferry and has songs including “Mercy,” “Warwick Avenue” and “Serious.” I can’t get enough of “Mercy.” She is a Welsh singer who had the best-selling album of the year so far in the UK. If you haven’t heard her songs before, you can listen to some of them on her MySpace page (http://www.myspace.com/duffymyspace). I have a feeling she’s going to be the next big thing here in the US!

Has a nice video out of "Mercy" which I see on VH-1 at the gym. (No, really, I don't spend my time watching music videos at home!) Looks sexy and older than she is in the video. Definitely has charisma.

I LOVE her new CD. I think it's self-titled, but I could be wrong. She's got such an unusual voice and amazing songs. It's hard to believe how young she is!

I LOVE her as well. Her music is great. She was on XM a few weeks ago. She is very interesting.
