Not really, at least not with this class. BLC is a decent team, but not a top bracket club at all. Cap Blue would need to take every elite player from MDDC 29s to break into top 15 and be a top bracket club. If that happens, MDDC is going to be barely top 40; if it doesn’t, Cap Blue remains a just below top bracket team (somewhere between 16-30 ranking), and MDDC will drop from current ranking but float around same ranking space as Cap Blue. |
