Class Sizes in Taylor, Tuckahoe and Nottingham ESs

Could someone please give a thumbnail sketch/comparison on class sizes for Kindergarten and up at these elementary schools?

Not sure what you're looking for -- class size for Arlington schools is determined countywide, with smaller class sizes for Title I schools. The total school population for those schools is large because the neighborhoods in NArl are filling with families with children, but the same policy for class size governs all three schools.

In our K class at Nottingham (for the 2009-2010 school year) we had 18 kids. They had to expand to a fifth teacher that year, so class was small. There were rumors that they were going to have to pop down to four teachers for the 2010-2011 year, which ended up not happening, and sizes stayed small. But it seems a bit like feast or famine - because the school lately has been on the line for having enough K kids to justify a fifth room, it swings between four very large classes, or five really small classes. Obviously all the parents are hoping to stay at that nice small five area!
