Big Picture Pediatrician? Kingstowne Area

I am looking for a pediatrician. We visited the practice with the office in INOVA off of Fairfax Pkwy Pedriatricians Alexandria Associates or whatever. We didn't really feel like their doctors would look at the bigger pic and that it was more of a factory than anything else. When I say big picture I mean looking at lifestyle choices, diet, exercise and alternate treatments other than medication. I'm not thinking of going all out like not giving vaccinces and never treating with medication but I want my child's doctor to look at the whole picture.

Any recommendations?
