Brunch options in Penn Quarter, for tomorrow morning?

Anonymous
We are trying to figure out a fun part of town to meet out-of-town family in for brunch. We have a three year old so reasonably kid friendly is good, and wheelchair accessible is a must for one of the relatives. Our thinking is that we can do brunch and then head home for nap while they explore the city since there is so much to do in this part of town.

Any good options you could recommend? TIA!
