What's the new Zaytinya?

Looking for a new fun restaurant, something like Zaytinya was in its first year; you know, before those white seats got all dingy and teenagers started going there before prom.

Any ideas for restaurants in DC (metro accessible), where two mid-30s couples can go for a fun no-kids evening out, without spending more than about $100 per couple?

Estadio - upscale. Graffiato - significantly downscale - but really good - same chef - Mike Isabella from Top Chef.
