I'm cleaning out my pantry, so tonight was a googled recipe for broccoli and cous cous....It was actually really good and I think extremely healthy. Sharing b/c I have a hard time finding these that I like...
http://www.myrecipes.com/recipe/curried-couscous-with-broccoli-feta-10000000577218/print/ I omitted the raisins, cashews and sugar, doubled the cous cous, feta and vegetables, and used powdered ginger (only b/c I didn't have regular). I also steamed the carrots with the broccoli - I had them in matchsticks instead of grated. I did add a little more vinegar, just short of doubling it. Any others that people have found recently? |
