I have been so sick -- how long wil I be contagious?

Yesterday evening I became ill with some kind of stomach bug, complete with vomiting, diarrhea and a low grade fever. I have not vomited since 6 a.m. and have not had diahrrea since about 9 a.m., but have had a fever all day (100.6-101.6).

I am wondering if it is okay for me to go to work tomorrow. I don't get paid if I don't go, but obviously I don't want to infect anyone else.

Thoughts?

There's a chance it could be food poisoning, which would be ideal...

Our day care said kids have to be fever free for 24 hours before coming in.

I had a stomach bug for 3 days the other week. It was like the plague. Don't go to work! No one else deserves to get that nasty bug! Take care of yourself and you will save others and yourself lots of suffering.
