Antibiotics then thrush. Treat husband too?

Had to take two courses of antibiotics to combat strep (20 days total) and now have vaginal thrush. I bought an an OTC treatment for it but wondering if my husband needs to be treated too? A little tricky because he's not circumcised. Has anyone had to deal with this?

Not typically necessary, no. If he's showing symptoms or if you feel like he's reinfected you down the line, obviously so.
