upholstered furniture from West Elm

Has anyone bought upholstered furniture from West Elm? I've been eyeing a sofa and chairs but know nothing about the long term quality of their furniture. Also - are there any coupon codes that are floating out there? Their furniture is actually reasonably priced but shipping is extremely expensive. thanks.
