Hello, I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this, but I hope you all find this interesting or helpful.
Greetings, I want to invite you all, and any interested parties that you may know, to an education leadership development series that will be taking place this summer in DC. I know this is very short notice for the opening session (tonight!) but I am trying to help get the word out for this group and was curious if you would be interested. Brief description: Prep for Leadership is a program designed to provide new and experienced leaders of charter schools a forum to develop leadership skills, exchange ideas and explore various current educational topics. The workshops are grouped for: (1) Charter school board members, (2) Principals and School Administrators, and (3) Teachers and Instructional Staff. For more information, and to REGISTER, please visit: www.therightprep.com/charter-schools.html or http://www.therightprep.com/charter-schools/online-registration.html Our complimentary opening session is June 29, 2011! “On The Road to Success; Leading the Classroom, the School, and the Board. Sessions are every Wednesday, 6PM-8PM starting June 29, 2011 – August 10, 2011 at Thurgood Marshall Academy Public Charter High School, 2427, Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue, S.E., Washington, DC 20020. We ask that you please pass this post onto anyone who may be interested in this program. We at The Right Prep thank you for your time, and hope this post finds you well. Sincerely and best wishes, The Right Prep |

I realized after I posted this it would have been better to ask a question to the discussion board.
Would anyone know a place where advertising this message/post/event series would be either well received or seen by interested people? I know its the summer, but I'm surprised that there isn't (or I haven't found) a place to post information to reach school 'people' in general. If you all have any suggestions I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!! |

Just wanted to say, after getting feed back from attendees at the first event we are in the process of rescheduling this series. So if people are still interested, I welcome you to contact the office!
I know there weren't any responses(beside my own), but I wanted to thank the people who took the time to look at this post. Best, |
