First off there was a huge firestorm about Weinstein. He however finally admitted it and went into rehab (?) And he was not running for the US Senate. Ultimately not as much of a public issue.

And I don't see anyone destroying Chuck Todd whatever he said (I wait for links to print pieces). Just some mockery. But the snowflakes on the right can't tell the difference between mockery and destruction.
