Anyone know of any teen yoga classes for 14 yr old? Most studios require you to be 16 or have options for real young kids. Prefer alexandria, arlington, gtown, cap hill neighborhoods But willing to go a little further. Thanks in advance!

I am looking for a good yoga class for my son, 16 yrs old. Prefer the breathing exercises along with some stretches.
