| She comes from a charter school. As far as I can tell there is a lot of focus on "discipline" and not much else. |

Crappy test scores too. It's depressing that this is the best than can offer up.
More of the same for the new Eastern principal appointed last year. After reading the Bill Kerlina article in the WaPo it's pretty clear that you would have to be out of your mind to take a DCPS principal position. Sad, sad, sad. |
