You're kidding, right? Are you fantasizing about your dorm days? It also costs more than $1,000 a square foot? It looks like it's a converted garage. It might be convenient to stuff but you're surrounded by brick and concrete. Where's the closest tree?

Adorable for a wealthy 22 year old just graduated from college. Not so great at this stage of my life with a toddler and a baby on the way.

Surprised they did not touch up the peeling paint, or paint over where the shutter is missing

Parking would be a joy! Not sure why people like Georgetown so much.

You guys are such killjoys. My god. And you know what, not everyone lives their lives by the convenience of parking.

you love...that?

never.ever.

That is a fairly horrible house. I'd honestly say I'd prefer a unit in Fairlington - better condition, WAY better patio, and some actual common green space. Plus, that pealing paint is suspicious. And I like Georgetown.

Considering it sold last year for $483,000, my guess is someone made a mistake and is trying to get out. Hard to understand your love for a really cramped hardly renovated property that looks like a guest house. Maybe your the seller trying to get some free advertising?

It's cute... but overpriced and expensive. Definitely not a worthwhile purchase for anybody who has or someday may have a family and would be difficult to sell.

It's cute but way overpriced. I can see a retired couple living there.

Sellers are deluded.
