You're kidding, right? Are you fantasizing about your dorm days? It also costs more than $1,000 a square foot? It looks like it's a converted garage. It might be convenient to stuff but you're surrounded by brick and concrete. Where's the closest tree? |
Adorable for a wealthy 22 year old just graduated from college. Not so great at this stage of my life with a toddler and a baby on the way. |
Surprised they did not touch up the peeling paint, or paint over where the shutter is missing |
Parking would be a joy! Not sure why people like Georgetown so much. |
You guys are such killjoys. My god. And you know what, not everyone lives their lives by the convenience of parking. |
you love...that?
never.ever. |
That is a fairly horrible house. I'd honestly say I'd prefer a unit in Fairlington - better condition, WAY better patio, and some actual common green space. Plus, that pealing paint is suspicious. And I like Georgetown. |
Considering it sold last year for $483,000, my guess is someone made a mistake and is trying to get out. Hard to understand your love for a really cramped hardly renovated property that looks like a guest house. Maybe your the seller trying to get some free advertising? |
It's cute... but overpriced and expensive. Definitely not a worthwhile purchase for anybody who has or someday may have a family and would be difficult to sell. |
It's cute but way overpriced. I can see a retired couple living there. |
Sellers are deluded. |
I have 900sq foot 2bed/2bsth investment property in Georgetown. This post makes me happy. |
