Infants, Toddlers, & Preschoolers
I think I worried so unnecessarily about this! For some reason because I am home and do most of the day to day stuff I was worried. I just wanted to share this because I am sure I am not alone in the crazy thoughts I had but I am so glad that I went (had an event for a friend out of town) and it showed me that I can let go and let him do everything and it was fine! He even sent me funny pic messages showing me my son eating so I knew he was feeding him-it was cute! Everything was organized-he washed every bottle used-impressed!!!

I have yet to spend more than 30 minutes away from DS between feedings. I think I have separation anxiety. So no, you were not alone in your crazy thoughts. I'm sure I'll get over my paranoia soon enough too!
wow-30 minutes! I guess if you are not pumping that would make more sense but still sounds like you need to gradually do something for a few hours. I can't imagine you aren't dying for some alone time? I get my hair colored and I'm gone for a few hours once a month-I have gone out with my husband for 5 hours and left DS with my in-laws. It is good for you to get out-you feel like a whole person and then enjoy being with your baby even more!
Can I clone your husband?
Good for you! I was worried the first time I was away also (although my husband was with me so MIL watched baby) It's healthy for you to see that your child can do fine with other people!
