Ovulation Pain

For those of you charting, about how long after you feel this pain do you usually ovulate? Or do you get this pain after you ovulate?

I am charting this month and everything seems screwed up. My OPK test showed positive (Thursday), I felt the pain the next day (Friday), but my temperature didn't spike until 3 days after I felt the pain (Monday). So I am not sure exactly when ovulation occurred.
