Questions about utilities in Wheaton

I'm moving into a rental house in Wheaton and need to have all the utilities put in my name. Is it the usual: Pepco and Washington Gas? And who do I call for water? In previous DC-area rentals I've never had to pay for my own water bill so I have no idea who to call. I am not in immediate touch with the owner since she is out of the country. Thanks!

I recently moved to the Aspen Hill area, very near Wheaton. Yes, it's Pepco and Washington Gas, and water is Washington Suburban Sanitation Commission. Welcome to the neighborhood!

OP here- Thanks so much! I saw Washington Sanitary Commission online but it just didn't sound quite right so I wanted to be sure. I appreciate your help!
